Course Overview

In this session, we will explore how to create and communicate clear course and assessment guidelines for student use of GenAI.

Setting expectations early can help avoid misunderstandings. This includes explaining if, when, and how students may use GenAI, along with the reasons behind those expectations.

We will also discuss strategies to help students:Critically reflect on their use of GenAI.Make intentional choices about when and how to collaborate with GenAI.Connect responsible GenAI use to learning outcomes.The goal is to create purposeful guidelines that support student learning, transparency, and skill development.
