Participants learn how LinkedIn supports networking, personal branding, career exploration, and professional development, and receive practical guidance on optimizing key profile sections, including their photo, background image, headline, About section, experience, education, skills, recommendations, and interests. 
 
The session also explores ethical ways to use AI tools to brainstorm content, enhance profile language, strengthen accomplishment statements, and create LinkedIn posts, while maintaining authenticity, accuracy, and fact-checking practices. Beyond profile development, participants learn strategies for effective networking, content engagement, understanding LinkedIn's algorithm, researching career paths and employers, leveraging LinkedIn Learning, and increasing their visibility through purposeful online activity. 
 
The overall goal is to help employees strengthen their professional brand, expand their network, and use LinkedIn strategically to support long-term career growth and opportunities.
