Client service in the workplace is adapting to effectively meet and seek feedback in our flexible and virtual work environments. AC employees will explore Microsoft 365 tools that have the potential for clients and client service professionals to seamlessly book and manage their service appointments and gather client feedback. Through a curation of online articles and videos, AC colleagues will identify which tool meets their unique client service needs.
Training Goals
Upon successful completion of this training you will be able to do the following:- Identify Microsoft Office 365 apps/tools built to simplify and enhance client service support and processes.
- Determine the best Microsoft 365 tool for appointment booking, team client service organization, and receiving client feedback.
- Setup a unique client support solution using the tool of your choice.
